Trade Registry and Digital Archives
Main task of the Trade Registry Department is to register the commercial businesses active within the circle of authority of the Chamber in line with Turkish Trade Law and Trade Registry Regulations, to record and write off all amendments and to provide transparency and legality of the records.
In addition to above, carrying out establishment and registration formalities of foreign companies; issuing certificate of trade registry showing actual functioning of the company, land registry certificates and all other documents conforming to the articles of association of the companies are among services given by our Trade Registry Department.
Registries and registry certificates are maintained in electronic environment and shared with other public authorities through electronic means. Efforts are under way to introduce electronic signature and transaction facilities which would make it possible to make and finalize registrations through electronic means.
Services Rendered by our Registry Department
"Registering real and legal persons to the Chamber, which are obliged to be registered as per the Law Number 5174 ; monitoring the changes in the records and processing them as per the regulations; issuing all certificates and attestations required by the Law and the regulations; communicating with public and private bodies with respect to trade registry; organizing prizes in categories of commercial and foreign exchange revenues; providing information to the members about protocols entered into with the banks for provision of low cost credits to our members are among the services rendered by our Registry Department.
Export & Import Documents Issued by our Chamber
In line with the international agreements entered into between Turkey and other countries, Commercial Transactions Department of our Chamber provides blank ATR-EUR.1-FORM-A and Certificate of Origin to its members making exports and controls these documents after they are submitted to the Chamber together with exportation invoices.
