İTOB Organized Industrial Zone established on 2500 acres area at Tekeli District, Menderes is located 32 km distant from the city center and 18 km to the Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport.

There are 372 unit parcels ranging from 1.000 m2 to 30.000 m2 based on 250 hectares of land in the region. Out of 372 parcels in the area,  all spots except for the  23 units, has been offered for sale in February 2010, are still available. Production, construction and project work continue in these plots.

The companies in the Zone are mainly operate in food, iron and steel industry, chemical, plastics, machinery and electrical electronics areas.
The whole area consisting electricity, water, wastewater, gas, roads, security, gas stations, and phone infrastructure has been completed in the year 2006. Management of all technical needs of the region is provided with its own resources. Areas of industrial seminar-conference rooms and restaurants are ready to operate.

Cumaovası-Aliağa Railway line passes through the region. Transportation and service will be faster with the completion of the project to access the standard of the subway line.

İAOSB is located on the northwest side of Izmir, in Cigli district. It is 25 km to city center, 35 km to Adnan Menderes Airport and 20 km to Alsancak Harbor.

Zone's total area is 7.500.000m². 526 factories manufacture where 30.000 people are employed. 200 companies are exporters and there are 15 companies of direct foreign investment.

The companies in the Zone are mainly active in machinery, textile, ready-made garments, food, plastics, chemicals, metal, automotive related industry, electric and electronic sectors.

ATAER Power Plant was founded in 1996 in order to meet the continuous and high quality energy needs of the companies in the Zone. The capacity of the plant is 60 megawatts. The electric consumption is increasing related to the development in the Zone. Having been operated with Naphtha until August 2003, the power plant has now been producing electricity with natural gas.

Waste Water  Treatment Plant with a full computerized system has been operating at World standards, with a capacity of 21.000m³ / day.
Providing and conducting the information about the companies in the Zone and their sectors to the industrialists of the region are the principal missions of IAOIZ Management, besides electricity, water and natural gas distribution, providing of construction and building usage licenses, waste collection, waste water treatment, environmental protection, forestation, road construction and maintenance and security services.

Tire Organized Industrial Zone is located on the Izmir-Tire road, 4km away from Tire town center. The area is 75 km far away to the Port of Izmir,  55 km to Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport, 28 km to the Aydın-Izmır highway's exit.

The region is located in one of Turkey's most fertile plains in the areas of agricultural and livestock with  potential advantages, such as proximity to raw material.

Tire Organized Industrial Zone takes place in the center of a region that produces raw materials for  glass, plastic, ceramic and steel industry. Furthermore, the existing rail-road loading station provides easy and inexpensive transportation for  the raw materials which would be served to these sectors.

Zoning status of land and the granting of the application plan; preparation of the zoning plans, restorations, and parcelling plans (for title registration); approval of the superstructure of industrial plant construction projects; services as the construction permits, the building use permit, and giving permits for opening and running of a business are performed by the district offices.

Tire Organized Industrial Zone has a significant difference in terms of the potential in manpower thanks to the vocational training institutes in the region, lifelong learning programs supported by EU funds, and being selected as a plot region in the mega projects.

KEMALPAŞA ORGANIZED INDUSTRIAL ZONE

Kemalpaşa Organized Industrial Zone is located 29 km to Izmir City Center, 26 km to the Port of Izmir, and 49 km to Adnan Menderes Airport. Izmir-Ankara highway (E 96) passes through the region. The additional road which will connect KOSBİ to the National Railway line will be completed soon.

Kemalpaşa Organized Industrial Zone has sectors as iron & steel industry, machinery manufacturing, electric and electronics and automotive supply industry. The region's exports totals up to $ 1.85 billion and imports, $ 1.70 billion. KOSB is one of the organized industrial zones that did not tackle with the trade deficit. A total of 21.500 people are employed in the region.

Aliağa is located 60 km north of Izmir. Aliağa Organized Zone that takes places 9 km northeast of the town, was establisted in 1997. Hence, Aliağa has completely become an industrial city.

Grazing the region over the herbal land, excavating of the mud-swamp-rock and commodatum, the process of spread and compression was completed in transferring the fills and infilling the parcels.

Foundations belong to the Machinery and Chemical Industry, TÜPRAŞ, PETKİM, Petroleum Office, variety of liquefied gas storage and filling facilities, fuel storage and distribution facilities, iron&steel plants, ship dismantling facilities, paper mills, fertilizer plants and arc furnaces take place in Aliağa. The iron&steel sector based in Aliağa met approximately 25 % of the iron production in Turkey. Iron&steel industry's production is based on the scraps. The large number of piers in the area, Biçerova Triage Course, the highway connection of Aliağa through Izmir to Istanbul and Çanakkale have a major role in industrial development of Aliağa.
 
Involved with the institutions which have a say in economy and be the industry giants creates employment; that leads to the a production center with a large share in foreign trade and production capacity.

ALOSBİ aims to create a production center that signifies the industrial production, new technologies that targets development in all aspects, information production, production of qualified manpower and high quality services and goods.
